Will Need:

  • 1-2 cloves of garlic (depending on how much you like garlic)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp hickory liquid smoke
  • 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp of Mr. Bevis Rub of choice
  1. Combine ingredients and place into a ziploc bag / container
  2. Place steaks into same ziploc bag / container
  3. Place in fridge and let marinate over night or roughly 24-ish hours. flipping halfway through.
  4. Pull steaks out and place on grill/smoker

BONUS) sauté the onions for a garnish or side!
